In a special appearance, Enver Hoxhaj, Deputy Speaker of Parliament of Kosovo, addressed AJC Global Forum 2023, where he spoke about the recent decision by the Kosovo Parliament to adopt the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) Working Definition of Antisemitism.
